Soccer Tournaments in New Jersey

Soccer tournaments in New Jersey are some of the most competitive in the country. A bona fide powerhouse in youth soccer circles, New Jersey is home to some of the top youth clubs in the country, like PDA, Matchfit and Jersey Shore Boca.

The state is also home to some of the best players the nation has ever produced, including John Harkes, Tab Ramos and Claudio Reyna on the men's side, and Heather O'Reilly on the Women's side.

The outdoor season is relatively short, stretching from around March through Thanksgiving, but there are some excellent indoor facilities throughout the state putting on lots of top-flight indoor tournaments during the winter months.

Travelling to New Jersey offers the chance to visit two of our favorite cities, New York City and Philadelphia. Both cities offer a wide array of year-round entertainment options for any visiting soccer family. If your visit is during the summer months, the Jersey Shore also has a host of fun things for families to do, depending, of course, on the time of year.

The New York Red Bulls offer a chance to see professional games at the brand new Red Bull Arena, and there are several top-flight colleges and USL teams in the area, as well.
