Soccer Field Complexes in The United States

There are, of course, hundreds of soccer field complexes that host soccer tournaments all across the country. A handful, however, are a little bit special, either because of their size, their location, the quality of their playing surfaces or just the sheer number and stature of the soccer tournaments they host.

We'll try and compile a list of every top soccer complex here and ask visitors to nominate their own favorites and write a short review of what makes each one special.

From the vast expanses of Disney's Wide World of Sports in Florida, to the picturesque Waipio Peninsula Soccer Complex in Hawaii, each venue has its own unique characteristics, some of which may represent pluses to some teams and minuses to others.

We'll try and give you the low-down on each one, with hard facts about the number of soccer fields, the quality of the playing surfaces, the proximity of area hotels and whether each facility is soccer specific or a more generic sports complex.

We'll also dig out some photos whenever they're available so that you and your team can have some idea of what to expect when you get there. We've listed the venues in alphabetical order with a teaser paragraph that links through to a complete page about each venue.

If you want to nominate your own favorite soccer complex, or just comment on one that we've already listed, just scroll through to the bottom of the page and click the link that invites you to do so. You can upload your own photos, as well, if you like.

Here, then is our directory of the top soccer field complexes in the United States.
