Birmingham Bash
Now in its fifth year, the Birmingham Bash is hosted each Columbus Day weekend by the Birmingham United Soccer Association (BUSA) and is one of Alabama's largest recreational Division II youth soccer tournaments.
Though nowhere near the size of its “sister” tournament, the Red Diamond Vulcan Cup, the Bash typically attract over 165 teams from across the region and surrounding states.
The tournament features U9-U16 boys and girls teams, all of which are guaranteed at least three games. Games take place at both Sports Blast 280 and Heardmont Park, which boast high quality BUSA fields.
All US Youth Soccer, US Club Soccer, and AYSO teams are accepted.
