The event typically attracts over 200 teams from throughout the Pacific Northwest, and as far away as Alaska and California.

The tournament is headquartered at the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation Center in Beaverton, Oregon, located just 20 minutes west of Portland.

Participating teams in the U11 through U19 (11v11) age groups are guaranteed a minimum of four games while U8s through U11 (8v8) play no fewer than three.
