Wallingford Invitational

Now in its 28th year, the Wallingford Invitational Soccer Tournament (otherwise known as T.W.I.S.T.) takes place in Central Connecticut and is a unique tournament that attracts teams from all over the Northeast, as well as Canada.

The tournament format consists of two separate divisions - Division I for Premier Clubs and Division II for Town/Classic teams. Between boys and girls, a total of 8 divisions are offered.

Teams participating in the U11 through U16 age groups are guaranteed three games. U9/U10 teams play four.

When not playing soccer, visiting teams and their families can enjoy some fun at the nearby Lake Compounce Amusement Park.
