Virginia Soccer Festival

Each year in June, the Dynamo SC hosts the Virginia Soccer Festival. The event attracts recreational coed and girls teams (no all boys teams and no travel teams) aged U8-U19 from all over Virginia to compete at Courthouse Park, just north of Richmond (Near I95 & I295). 

Last year's event had over 60 teams. 

In addition to the soccer tournament, there is a "Kid Zone" which includes inflatibles and fun things for players and siblings to do. 

There are also vendors there promoting soccer specific items, as well as a free coaches clinic to provide coaches with tips and drills.

Places to Stay in the Area

This is a "stay to play" tournament, which means that visiting teams are required to stay in hotels that are approved by the tournament organizers as a condition of participation. This may require merely booking rooms at one of the designated hotels, or it may require booking them specifically through the tournament's own designated housing service.
