Unpleasant experience!

The competition was good, but that was about the only thing. Customer service was HORRIBLE.

The games for our team were changed sometime between Tuesday and Friday night without any notification from tournament officials. So we were scrambling trying to contact the club to verify the new times/bracket/teams we were placed in. Late Friday night they confirmed the new game times.

Saturday our game times changed to an early match which was not even remotely workable since 90% of the team was traveling from over an hour away. When we did finally get to our first match, 5 minutes before kickoff they said there was a need to switch fields because it was double-booked.

There were also some questionable calls, but that happens in just about every other tournament.

We wll not return due to the organizers failing to contact our team officials for rescheduled game times/fields and also VERY poor customer service.

It would get a 2 out of 5, but only because the teams playing were decent competition.
