2016 will see the tournament delivered for the 5th time and run over 3 days for the age groups Under 8 to 13 for boys and an Under 12 girls competition on the Gold Coast. It is open to the best teams in Australia. Due to the standard of competition it is only a matter of time before international teams start to arrive. In 2015, the Premier Invitational Cup hosted 3,000 guests whereby 64 teams with a total of 700 players attending the tournament.

Places to Stay in the Area

This is a "stay to play" tournament, which means that visiting teams are required to stay in hotels that are approved by the tournament organizers as a condition of participation. This may require merely booking rooms at one of the designated hotels, or it may require booking them specifically through the tournament's own designated housing service.
