Poor Notification Policy

We applied for this tournament on August 12, 2010. Despite asking weekly after the first 2 weeks, as to whether we were accepted or not, there was no communication until Sept 13 with a reply to a message telling us that we were not accepted.

Initially they indicated they'd be notifying teams as to their acceptance status in 2 weeks, however this did not happen.

I am disappointed that they did not have the courtesy for a more rapid response since the window for applying to alternate tournaments was closing and as a result, our team may not get to play an October tournament at all.

Given this experience, I would not recommend applying to this tournament.
