How are we doing this? By improving the format and providing top class services like experienced referees, linesmen, better game times and always looking to satisfy our players' needs by taking suggestions and implementing them into our leagues.

We have recreational co-ed soccer leagues running in great locations in Ottawa and with options to register as a team or register as an individual there's something here for everyone.

With a combined experience of 35 years as players, coaches, organizers and planners we will make sure that you, the player, will have the very best experience while playing with us.
