Nordic Cup

 Lou Fusz Midwest Cup Logo Hosted by the Nordic Soccer Club of Burlington, Vermont, the Nordic Cup is open to highly qualified teams in the Premier girls and boys age categories U-11 through U-19 (US Youth Soccer age guidelines).

The tournament also has a Club division (check age group availability on the application) and the U10 Festival. The Club division is designed to address the needs of clubs that have strong teams that are not at the Premier competitive level. The U10 Festival will be about participation. There will be no standings or awards. Player participation will be recognized.

Games take place at several locations in the in the Burlington, Vermont area. The age/gender groups are limited to 8 teams (2 groups of 4) in the Premier and Club Divisions as well as the U10 Festival. The 8-team groups will play 3 games in their group with a point system determining advancement to a consolation game (3 rd and 4 th) and finals (1 st and 2 nd). The Tournament Organizing Committee reserves the right to make adjustment to this format as required.

This is an invitation tournament and submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Due to 11 very successful years organizers anticipate that the field will be even stronger this year and that the tournament will fill very quickly. Last year almost all brackets were completed before the deadline.
