Now in its twentieth year, the Medway Cup soccer tournament is hosted by Medway Soccer Club in the western suburbs of Boston and held each year on the Saturday and Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend.

The tournament typically attracts teams from across Massachusetts and New England.

In accordance with MYSA rules, the event provides non-result-oriented play for U-8, U-9 and U-10 teams and a more competitive level for U-11, U-12 and U13/14 teams.

The tournament now offers the option of 8v8 play for the U13/14 age bracket.
