Lopsided Games in Our Bracket

The boys U13 bracket could have/should have been divided up into different flights. Why are B teams forced to play A (A plus) teams? What do players learn from beating a team 10-0 and what do players who are on the losing end of 0-10 learn? How do you build a young team?

Also, did the referees get instruction that no matter what DO NOT CALL HANDBALL??? From 9 games watched....BU13 to GU18...refs just didn't call it?? Also, not one yellow card in all those games...were they holding off on cautions? If that was done for the good of the game, then the BU13 flight should have been divided up.

Games did start on time and there were always 3 officials.
