Youth Soccer Tournament

The tournament is approved by FIFA and the English FA, and is played under English FA rules approved by FIFA. The Tournament is also a full member of the British Isles Soccer Tournament Association (BISTA).

The aim of the tournament is to use soccer to encourage and promote friendship amongst young people from different cultures and backgrounds all over the world.

Games are played on top quality grass fields and each game is officiated by a referee and 2 assistant referees supplied by Liverpool County FA.

Each team is guaranteed three group stage games, which are played on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Friday is blocked off as a rest day for teams to enjoy visiting some of North West England's best attractions. Finals weekend takes place on Saturday and Sunday.

In addition to tournament play, organizers can help visiting teams to organize additional friendlies against local teams. We can also arrange friendly games for your team against some good quality opposition sides.

Places to Stay in the Area

This is a "stay to play" tournament, which means that visiting teams are required to stay in hotels that are approved by the tournament organizers as a condition of participation. This may require merely booking rooms at one of the designated hotels, or it may require booking them specifically through the tournament's own designated housing service.
