Livermore Fusion Cup Bronze

In recent years, organizers have taken a more focused approach to their tournament schedule, reducing the number of tournaments they host from four to two, but increasing the number of teams that will participate in each event.

The competitive level of last year's tournaments was high, with a number of teams that participated going on to the "Round of 16" in State Cup or Association Cup play.

One improvement over previous years is the reduction of venues. In the past, age groups were spread over as many as five different venues throughout the city. Now that number has been reduced to two, Kellman Fields and Robertson Park. The addition of a third playing field on the turf area of Robertson, as well as the use of the lighted fields, made this change possible.
