Games are played at three separate locations, with the main site being Total Sports Experience in Rochester and additional sites located at Grace and Truth in Hilton and the Italian American Sports Club in Rochester.

All participating teams are guaranteed at least three games with U8-U10 playing a "friendly non-competitive" tournament.

Saturday night of the event offers a "Family Fun Festival" including dinner, entertainment and fireworks.

This is a "stay to play" tournament, which means that visiting teams are required to stay in hotels that are approved by the tournament organizers as a condition of participation.
