The tournament, known as the EWZSA Slurpee Cup, sponsored by 7-Eleven, takes place from June 1-3 in West Edmonton on 30 adjacent fields to Callingwood REC Centre.

About 200 teams and well over 3,000 boys and girls from age eight to 18 typically to take part in the three-day tournament, which is open to all youth teams.

Participating teams come from from all over Western Canada and the Northwest Territories and make the long journey to compete in a tournament that has built a strong reputation.
