More Info

The tournament typically attracts up to 50 teams to the sands of Carolina Beach, just outside Wilmington, NC.

Games are played in a 4v4 format, with a maximum of eight rostered players on each team. All participating teams are guaranteed at least three games.

Beach soccer is a high-energy game that differs from soccer on the grass in that there is basically no dribbling. Teams that can move the ball through the air are generally the most successful. Most goal attempts are headers or quick lift-and-shoot-type shots.
