Broomfield Blast Shootout

Now in its 8th year, the Broomfield Shootout soccer tournmaent is held in beautiful Broomfield, Colorado the weekend right before the start of the Fall Season. This offers teams from all levels (U9-U18 Girls & U9-U14 Boys) a great pre-season warm-up. All teams play a minimum of four games, with at least 6 teams (90% had 8) in each division.

The tournament has grown every year and last year became the biggest tournament in Colorado, with over 300 teams. Organizers pride themselves on being able to offer a big tournament with a small-town feel. No corporate naming, fair entry fees, quality fields and a genuinely friendly community.

What sts this tournament apart from others is the focus on the teams who take part. Gifts are given to all players and coaches and a full refund if offered if the tournament is cancelled for rain.

Staff answer every email, read all the surveys, and make sure the website and free text messaging services are updated immediately.

Organizers are also constantly trying to improve the tournament tournament and stay on the cutting edge. To that end this tournament continues to be the first of its kind to successfully integrate policies of reducing, reusing, and recycling into the event, including trash collection, carbon emissions, gifts and merchandise.
