Youth Soccer State Associations

There are 55 state soccer associations in the country, which may seem odd for a country that has 50 states. That's because five states, California, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Texas, have so many registered players, and cover such large geographic areas, that it has been deemed necessary to split them into two.
