Featured Tournament

Your Tournament Here

This is a 225px square ad that is placed alongside the main tournament listings on any given state page. Your logo, a brief "teaser" description, and a live link to your full tournament page allow your tournament to stand out from the dozens of others that are listed for your state.

Depending on the number of tournaments listed, there can be anywhere from one or two to half-a-dozen of these ads on any given page. We place your ad as close to your listing as possible, but if six advertisers all want to be placed alongside the May listings in any given state, we’ll have to go with a policy of first-come-first-served for the most favorable placement.

On any given state page, we will only place Featured Tournaments for events that actually take place in that state. As a bonus, any tournament that takes out an ad, has their listing highlighted by being bumped up to the top of the list in their particular month. (All other tournaments are listed alphabetically).

Again, it's first-come-first served to decide who gets listed first if several tournaments from the same month buy ads.

The cost of a Featured Tournament Box is $65/month, $185 for 3 months, $325 for six months and $595 for 12 months.

State Page Block Ad

For a little extra per month, you can upgrade to a State Page Block which includes all the benefits of the Featured Tournament Listing and adds three additional advantages:

First of all, it’s larger at 250 px in width.

It is also more prominent, since it's the first thing a visitor sees when they click the state page, and it has the added benefit of being the only ad of it's kind that can appear on any given state page.

Finally, it can be placed on any state page you like (subject, of course, to availability).

This is particularly important for regional tournaments who may feel they already have strong enough brand recognition in their own state but wish to attract teams from neighboring states or other parts of the country.

The cost of a State Page Block is $115/month, $295 for 3 months, $535 for six months, and $950 for 12 months.

Banner Ad

At 560px by 90px (horizontal) or 160px by 600px (vertical), the banner ad is the most prominent and flexible ad we have. They are generally placed near the top of the page (above the fold), but they can appear throughout the text or at the bottom of a page. They can even run along the side of the page (left or right) as "skyscraper ads". It's your call.

Like the State Page Block, a Banner Ad also includes all the benefits of the Featured Listing. Banner ads can also be placed on any page in the site, including the “editorial” pages where we have the stories. Readers generally stay on these pages much longer so these ads represent terrific value for money.

The cost of a Banner Ad is $145/month, $355 for 3 months, $695 for six months, and $1,195 for 12 months.

Home Page and Main Directory Hub Pages

We also offer select banner ad placements on our home page and our main directory hub pages, the ones with all the US states, regions, provinces or countries listed. There are a number of such pages throughout the site for college showcase tournaments, indoor tournaments, adult tournaments, beach tournaments, etc.

These are great places to be since they are pages that every vistor has to click through in order to reach the listings for their preferred type of tournament. For that reason, banners on these pages are priced at a premium rate since they represent higher value.

They are also often in high demand so do please do call us early if you have an interest in any one of these spots. They tend to get snapped up quite quickly.

The cost of a Banner Ad on the home page or any of these directory hub pages (if available) is $295/month, $715 for 3 months, $1,195 for six months, and $1,795 for 12 months.
