More Info

Ostrich ranching was once a prominent part of life in Chandler, which once led the nation in raising ostriches for their stylish and expensive plumes.

To celebrate the city's rich history as well as provide a first-class community event, the Chandler Chamber of Commerce created the Ostrich Festival in 1989. You will find a variety of activities, including ostrich races, a carnival, music, and of course, ostrich burgers!

While most other areas of the country are still shrugging off the effects of a cold winter, Chandler enjoys warm sunny weather ideal for outdoor soccer. The tournament is open to teams in age groups U9 through U19.
