The National Capital Invitational Girls' Soccer Tournament is hosted by local Clubs in the Ottawa area and is suitable for high level teams only.

All teams, with the exception of U12 and U18, must play at the Ontario Soccer Association League Level #3 and higher. Super-Y, OYSL, Quebec "AA", LSEQ. U12 and U18 teams that are playing at the highest level available locally will be considered.

US equivalents to any of those leagues as well as US travel and ODP teams are sought and welcomed as are teams equivalent to those levels from other countries or jurisdictions.

Each team is guaranteed four (long) games. All games that are tied at the end of regulation time declare a winner by a shoot-out and Semi-Finals and Finals are on Monday, August 2, 2010.

Each Division Winner from the 2009 Nat Cap is entitled to free registration or the 2010 edition. This is not transferable to another team or to another year.
