FC Portland Winter College Showcase

FC Portland Winter College Showcase offers opportunities for players within the U16-U18 age groups to be seen by college coaches from many of the top NCAA and NAIA programs.

Now in its ninth year, the event typically attracts over sixty college coaches, who come to evaluate talent for their programs and to see first-hand how players stack up against high level competition.

Space is limited for this event so organizers recommend that teams apply early for consideration.

In addition to the highly competitive slate of games, there will also be a number of presentations for players and parents to educate them about the process of applying for college. These include financial aid strategies, finding the right fit for a college, and recommendations on the best way to create and build relationships with the soccer, academic, and financial aid programs.
