Crossroads of America College Showcase
The Crossroads of America College Showcase soccer tournament is a two-weekend affair (girls first, then Boys) that is hosted each spring by the Carmel United Soccer Club. In the eight years that it has been runnng, teams from across the country and abroad have participated in the event, making it one of the premier showcases in the Midwest. All games are played at the Carmel Clay Community Soccer Complex, which is located on the southwest side of Carmel, Indiana, conveniently located about 20 minutes North of Indianapolis Airport. The event is now played over 3 days, which means that each team only has to play one game each day. This new format allows players to maximize their talents in front of the College Coaches. College Coaches from around the country are attracted to the event. Coaches are provided with player profiles to assist them. Games for U15 & U16 teams are 80 minutes long, while all U17 & U18 games are 90 minutes. There are four officials at each game to ensure quality both on and off the field.
