Cape Express More Beach Blast

The Cape Express More Beach Blast is a brand new beach soccer tournament that builds on the huge success enjoyed by the Cape Express Beach Blast.

That event takes place in June and is now in its eighth year. So successful has the original Beach Blast been that organizers have decided to launch another identical event a few weeks later.

Like its "parent" event, this tournament is sponsored by Morey’s Piers and Beachfront Water Parks so participating youth teams receive 10 wristbands for entry to Morey's Piers Amusement Rides, Ocean Oasis and Raging Waters beachfront waterparks.

The tournament has divisions for boys and girls teams aged U-8 to U-18, as well as men’s and women’s open divisions and an over 30 division.

The event is held on the beaches of Wildwood, NJ and offers soccer, the beach and nearby waterparks during the day and the world famous boardwalk and amusements at night.

Places to Stay in Wildwood

This is not a "stay to play" tournament, which means that visiting teams can search around for the best hotel deals they can find. Be aware, though, that this is a big tournament in a fairly small town at a time of year when hotel rooms are at a premium. You will need to book early if you want to stay in Wildwood, or otherwise stay in nearby towns like Ocean City or Cape May.
